I am Healthy, Wealthy and Blissful

Just ponder for some time and think what we want exactly. We will come across many wants which are unfulfilled or the same want which we want it to be permanent. But if you enquire into depth; the core will be 3 simple statements which are as follows:

1.   I am Healthy.
2.   I am Wealthy.
3.   I am Blissful

So if you feel these 3 important to you then read further. This technique which we will be using is very simple, powerful and if done with sincerity we will be able to achieve the same. This technique is combination of Power of Affirmation and Breath at Hara (Navel).

The Technique

  • You can Sit, Stand, Walk or Lie down (any position except deep sleep)
  • Preferred (not necessary) to keep the eyes closed.
  • Feel your normal breath at your navel [Nabhi][Hara] centre.
  • Your relaxed awareness (attention) at your navel [Nabhi][Hara] centre
  • Repeat the below 3 statements 
  1. I am Healthy.
  2. I am Wealthy. 
  3. I am Blissful
  • Say it a bit louder so that at least you can hear it.

How many times in 1 session
Minimum: 1 time
Optimum: 3 times
Maximum: No limit

Period
After every 1 hour (i.e.1 session), whenever you are awake. In a day 14 to 16 session.

Time Taken for 1 session
Minimum: 5 seconds
Maximum: 30 seconds

How many days
For minimum 21 days continuously.

How it works
  • You will be surprised that today what we are is because of our own thoughts only. Not all thoughts but due to some thoughts invoked at particular states of mind; created all circumstances, events, people and situation around us. Existence tells [Tathasthu] i.e. “so be it” when we are at this particular state of mind.
  • This technique creates this state of mind when we get our relaxed awareness at our Navel with our normal breath.  
  • When we get our relaxed awareness at our Navel, we open the door of our subconscious mind. This moment we can easily embed any thoughts into it. Subconscious mind is 88% and Conscious mind is 12%. Refer Subconscious v/s Conscious Mind

Key Points
  • For some people it may start working with a few days and for some people it may take more than 21 days. The key is whether you are feeling oriented person or mind oriented person.
  •  Just do it as if you are playing a game. No expectation, just enjoy this process.
  • Keep an alarm every 1 hour to remind you that you have to follow this technique as stated above.
  • Whether you believe or not, it doesn’t matter. It is going to work. Because today you are because you only have created it. Only you are not aware.
