Gratitude Meditation

After every period of time (say 1 hour). You can keep an alarm.

1. Close eyes

2. Remember authentic Guru/God at your heart center.

3. Inhale once

4. Exhale once

5. Hold breath.

6. Feel your Nirakaar and say Dhanyavad or Thank you or equivalent word in your mother tongue, once or thrice, in that Nirakaar (inner empty space of yours).

7. Open eyes.

8. Over

Time taken : Less than 10 seconds.

If you can do Namaskar / Gratitude Mudra it will help tremendously.

At least do it once you wake up and before going to sleep.

This article is written with an understanding that the woman knows about Meditation and does spiritual practices regularly.

Which is the Special Day a Women should Meditate

After the completion of 3rd day and on the Fourth Day of Mensuration, if a women meditates she will get easily get connected to the universe and experience oneness. 

It happens because on that day the thalamus(situated in the brain) gets opened automatically  and effortlessly to the Cosmic Universe Energy Source.

It also depends upon each women' s level of soul evolution, how much they can absorb Universal Energy.

Kriya Yoga

Kriya is derived from the Sanskrit word. Kri meaning action and ya meaning awareness

Kriya Yoga is a process of cleansing the body, prana and mind. When the mind is purified Meditation (Dhyana) happens automatically. You reach a state of Shoonya and many can experience the state of Samadhi.

Kriya Yoga involves energisation techniques which can vitally recharge every cell in the body. Kriya is practised with total awareness, with the purpose of awakening the chakras (energy centres) in the body, purifying the nadis (energy channels) through which the prana energy flows, thus effecting the rising of kundalini shakti and leading to conscious awareness, means awareness of Jeev-atma. 

The kriyas are designed and taught so as to bring about an awakening of the kundalini in stages, rather than abruptly. 

Kriya Yoga offers a safe method of gradually developing awareness and awakening the dormant faculties within.  Kriya Yoga helps the individual to tap latent sources of inspiration and higher states of consciousness. Regular and sincere practice of Kriya Yoga brings about an increasingly wider perspective of selfhood

Self-realization replaces ego-consciousness, and activity becomes a means of expressing loving service to creation.

It is very important to practice it under an enlightened living Guru. 

Once Kundalini Shakti is aroused it comes with its unknown power which is sometimes difficult to handle. Once aroused it cannot be stopped at your will. 

Be wise to choose your Guru in this path particularly..

Seekers must be aware of mediation as it will help them to dive into their own self profoundly.  There is no one to guide in Meditation there.

1. Hot water spring (kund) - Heals physical, mind, emotion and erases karmic manifestation also. Sit in the kund for 15 to 30 minutes in early morning or evening when there is no much heat of the sun. If you become breathless come out of the kund for few minutes and again sit in the kund. If you want to sit longer then don't dip your head inside the water frequently.

The kund has natural sulphur which is is good for the body.

Drink a glass of hot kund water which comes directly from the Gomukh inside the kund. It is very clean.

1. Are you peaceful for no specific reason

2. Are you blissful for no specific reason

3. Are you loving to your own self and to others  for no specific reason

4. Are you ecstatic  for no specific reason

5. Are you enjoying the deep silence within you for no specific reason

6. Are you listening to Divine Sound (Anhat Naad)/sound of one hand clapping - source less sound

7. Are you with closed eyes connecting to Divine Light - source less light
