Gratitude Mudra

This is in continuation to the previous blog Gratitude-The Ultimate Key .

Once we realize the Power of Gratitude, we can do Gratitude  Mudra to multiply its effects.



How to do it
Join both your hands together, both thumbs joined  and all fingers touching each other. There should be a 45 degree gap between the thumb and Fingers. Do not press your palms. Let there be a hollow gap inside the palms. Keep your hands in front of your heart. Keep your shoulder in a relaxed manner. Head bent, if needed or even can be kept straight.

When to do it
Any time. If done for 5 minutes after every hour it will cure all chronic diseases.

Duration
Minimum 5 minutes
Maximum – till you feel comfortable in this position

Benefits

  • Gratitude Feeling starts flowing easily while doing this mudra.
  • It creates harmony by balancing all the five elements (i.e. Fire, Air, Space, Earth and Water) in our system.
  • Universal / Cosmic Energy starts flowing into our system via the tips of our fingers in this mudra which heals us automatically.
  • If you are practicing meditation, it will take you to deeper spiritual experiences.
  • Advanced Meditators can also transmit divine cosmic energy to other people via this mudra.
