Navel [Nabhi] Meaning

Physical: A rounded knotty depression in the centre of a person's belly caused by the detachment of the umbilical cord after birth.

Navel Cooling Therapy

One of the best, easy and free solution for the above health problems:
When we have fever we keep folded towel, dipped in water on our temple (head). Right. Similarly instead of keeping it on our head keep it on our Navel (Stomach) with below additional Tips.
  • Lie down flat. Stomach facing towards the sky
  • Take a Clean Cotton or Turkish Napkin
  • Dip it in normal water
  • Squeeze it
  • Fold it to the size (5inch x 3 inch) approx... Covering not only the naval but a part of stomach also
  • With your index finger press the Napkin at the Navel. A small hole (pit) will be created on the Napkin.
  • Take Cold (Fridge water) water in glass.
  • With the help of tablespoon keep on pouring the cold water in the hole(pit) of the Napkin.
  • Repeat it every 1min-2 min.
  • Do it for Minimum 20 minutes or Maximum 30 Minutes
  • Alternatively, turn the Napkin to reverse side  if it becomes warm or hot

 Key Points

  • Navel Cooling Therapy should be done(preferred) on an empty stomach, during any time of the day or night. If you had food, then after 3-4 hours of food.  
  • Do it only once in a day
  • Maximum 5 to7 days at a stretch
  • Irrespective of the above  symptoms, do it every month / bi-monthly  for 2 days  continuously
  • People who have a very heated body can do it more days. Observe yourself and then take decision
