Daily Schedule

Do you want exceptionally good things to happen in your life ? Then you should make your daily schedule, print it or make a soft copy, keep it at a few places where you can easily refer it and importantly; follow it up consistently.

Every human being is unique. His/her work, culture, food habits etc. are unique. Therefore each one will have his/her own unique schedule.

The below article is divided in 2 parts and gives a specific and measurable idea of a good daily schedule  looks like:

Part 1- Non-Tabulated Format (explanation)
Part 2 – Tabulated Format.

Part 1:

Morning
01.        Wake up between 4 – 6 am in the morning. Maximum is 7 am
02.        Attend to call of nature
03.        Drink following Optional
b.   Refer How to Drink Water
04.        After 15 to 30 minutes of drinking water eat fruits.
05.        Take a Short walk for 15 to 30 minutes
06.        Take a bath
a.   Take water in a tub. As far as possible do not use showers.
b.   Mix White Rock Salt / Black Salt / [Eating Kapur] to water
c.   Do Jal Neiti (Refer http://www.jalanetipot.com/)
07.        Prayer (refer Gratitude Mudra)
08.        Do the following (Anyone or combination) for 30 mins – 1 hour
a.   Yoga – Light Exercises (Refer Yoga – Light Exercises)
b.   Yoga – Surya Namskar (Refer Yoga Asana-Surya Namaskar)
c.   Yoga – Yogic Jogging (Refer Yogic Jogging - Swami Ramdev (12 Steps - 6 minutes)
d.   Yoga – Pranayam (Refer Yoga – Basic Pranayama)
f.    Sudarshan kriya – Art of Living
g.   Any active Meditation
h.   Meditation / Samadhi (Refer What is Meditation)
09.        After 15 to 30 minutes have Breakfast
10.        Attend to Call of nature
11.        Work

Afternoon
12.        Lunch (Refer Point no 6. in How to Drink Water)
13.        After Lunch have 1 pinch of black salt and ajma
14.        Do Reiki /Pranic Healing/Passive Healing for 30 mins – 1 hour. Refer Reiki Healing
15.        Work

Evening
16.        Meditation for 15 mins to 1 hour. (Between 6:30 to 8 pm)
17.        Work

Night
18.        Dinner (Refer Point no 6. in How to Drink Water)
19.        After Dinner have 1 pinch of black salt and ajma
20.        Do Vajrasana (refer Yoga Asana-Sitting-1) or take a short walk.
21.        Before going to sleep do the following (Anyone or combination)
a.   For 30 mins to 1 hour :  
                                         i.    Listen to Lectures of your favorite Speaker/Guru etc.
                                        ii.    Listen to Osho Lectures (As they are hypotonic and good for overall growth)
                                      iii.    Listen to Good Music (Soothing, Relaxing, Healing etc). Refer Surrounding Environment Cleansing Music
                                      iv.    Reiki /Pranic Healing/Passive Healing.
                                       v.    Anulom-Vilom and Udgeet (Om) refer in  Yoga – Basic Pranayama
                                      vi.    Passive Meditation. Refer Meditation - FAQ 2
                                    vii.    Prayer Refer Gratitude Mudra
22.        Good Night and Sound Sleep.

Others
  • Read every day at least for 30 minutes to 1 hour some good and new articles
  • Once a week go out with yourself (single) or your family.
  • Once every 3-6 months attend 1 meditation program for a day or two.
  • Once every 6 months go out of town with yourself (single) or your family for 2 to 7 days.

Wisdom Pointer:


  • To keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear - Buddha
  • Try to meditate every day, not just when you feel inspired and meditation comes easily.  When you feel rocks blocking your path, that is precisely the time meditation is needed to wear those rocks into dust.
  • Consistently follow your own updated daily schedules for your overall growth and health.
