How to Pass Urine

We all pass urine from the day we are born and we continue till we die. Nobody has taught us how to pass it, as it is by default nature. Therefore I thought to pen down some valuable suggestions on How to pass urine. It is applicable for all genders.

  • Pass (Release-Steam Generates) the urine for 4-6 seconds. Hold (Stop-Steam Subsides) for 2-3 Seconds. Again follow the same sequence i.e. Release – Hold – Release - Hold……
o   This will make our urinary organs very strong

o   The timings are given on an approximate basis. More important is the Release and Hold mechanism

o   Whenever we go to the washroom (especially public places / offices / house) which is not clean, and if we pass urine continuously, the toxins left by the previous person and the steam (invisible) generated by our urine touches our external urinary organs and can lead to infections. By Release and Hold method, the steam doesn’t touch our urinary organs.

o   It will prevent having gall bladder stones

o   This method should not be followed while passing stools

  • Where ever possible, always sit (squat position) and pass urine. This will prevent having gall bladder stones. Although I don't know how this position can be implementable in European Style Toilets.

Stay healthy by passing urine in the right manner

Reiki Healing

There are a lot of articles on Reiki, but I thought to share some key points about Reiki through this blog.

Let me state that there are many ways to connect with Universal Power or Energy or Wisdom to get what we want, Reiki is one of the most simplest and natural path.

Reiki is made up of 2 words “Rei”- Universal (Existence) and “Ki” – Life Force.
In Hindi it can be called as [Sarv Vyaapi Jeevan Shakti] or [Urja] or [Praan Shakti] or [Jeevan Urja]

There is always (no beginning – no end) a Divine Energy (Refer 6. Divine Energy in  Existence (God) Dimension) which keeps us alive and healthy. This divine energy is always neutral. It happens that when we are low with this energy, we are physically, emotionally or spiritually low. It is because of unnatural health habits,  thoughts etc., we create blocks for this energy to flow in us.

Reiki is simply that we become attuned to this Universal Energy by being empty or attuned or initiated through a Reiki master and allowing this energy to flow in us and make us healthy in all aspects of our life.

Reiki operates from the highest level i.e. Sahasrara Chakra. Refer Chakras, Yoga and Healing. It is good if you get some basic level of information about Chakras.

Dr. Mikao Usui, Japan(1865-1926) discovered the path to connect with this Universal Energy and termed it as Reiki.

Example:

We need to become like the Pipe (strong, empty, clean, hollow and connected) which is connected with the river and house. Rest everything will flow properly.  We may find that with some Reiki masters we get better results. It is because they act as a real strong, empty, clean, hollow pipes. The example is shown for representation purpose only; there is nothing as a highest altitude for Divine Energy to flow. It can flow in any direction(in fact direction is only a mind concept).

Key Points:

  • Reiki has its own divine wisdom. It will give whatever is best for you or the person who is getting healed.
  • Reiki cannot be understood via Mind (Conscious-intellect). It is 2 levels below intellect i.e. Feeling (Mind Sub-conscious)  and then Being.
  • We can also give our physical or auric energy to heal others. But that is limited and we will feel weak after this transmission.
  • Reiki takes 45 minutes to 1 hour for 1 session of healing.
  • We can also heal our 7 chakras , 3 minutes (approx.) for each chakra. It will take 21 minutes every day.
  • At least heal your Muladhara and Swadhisthana chakra every day. It will not take more than 5 minutes.
  • When we start Reiki (beginners), there is a automatic Cleansing process which may lead to a temporary “healing crisis”. E.g. Loose motions, Burning sensation near the anus, urine colour becoming dark etc. Therefore drink ample water. Refer How to Drink Water.
  • Reiki is alternative therapy that complements medical science.
  • Reiki can be practiced on all human beings, animals, plants, animals and inanimate objects (Food, Water, Car, House etc.)
  • Reiki is very helpful for people on their path of spirituality.

There is one more path of healing, that is Pranic Healing. I am attaching a link Difference between Reiki v/s Pranic Healing. Although this link is showing more tilt on pranic healing, you will get a good picture about Reiki.

Wisdom Pointer:

  • Reiki is simply healing and aligning what is best for your highest good.
  • Reiki is for self-healing, healing others in person, distant healing and also path for spirituality (secrets not known)
  • It is a simple, natural path for staying healthy in all aspect of life.
  • People on the path of spirituality should practice Reiki (or any other healing technique) because there are some blocks which needs to be cleared. They are not physically visible and cannot be understood by our Doctors (as science is still in evolution phase)
