Gratitude Meditation

After every period of time (say 1 hour). You can keep an alarm.

1. Close eyes

2. Remember authentic Guru/God at your heart center.

3. Inhale once

4. Exhale once

5. Hold breath.

6. Feel your Nirakaar and say Dhanyavad or Thank you or equivalent word in your mother tongue, once or thrice, in that Nirakaar (inner empty space of yours).

7. Open eyes.

8. Over

Time taken : Less than 10 seconds.

If you can do Namaskar / Gratitude Mudra it will help tremendously.
