3 Important Yoga Mudras

Yoga Mudras are an integral part of yoga. They are natural, systematic hand gestures, closed electric circuits of the subtle channels in the physical and etheric bodies to finely balance between the five elements of our body i.e. Fire, Air, Space, Earth and Water. It is done by joining various fingers or hands in various combinations. The left hand mudra affects the right side of our body and vice versa. We can keep ourself healthy through performing them alone.
